I positioned Business Applications topics in the market, drove projects to success, and built bridges between business needs and technological capabilities. The aim: digital solutions that are intuitive, efficient, and meaningful in everyday business.

I developed innovative working formats, realigned our internal project landscape, and initiated ways to transform ideas into effective initiatives. The combination of methodology, technological understanding, and pragmatic execution was key.

Products create value when they solve specific challenges – and seamlessly integrate into existing systems. In this role, my team and I developed extensions for Microsoft Project Server that made customer projects more structured, transparent, and efficient.
From idea to rollout, I was responsible for product development, coordinated cross-functional teams, and ensured close alignment with customer needs. The solutions didn’t emerge on the drawing board, but through direct dialogue with real-world practice.
My constant focus: combining technological functionality with real customer experience – to create products that last.

Excellent support doesn’t start with technology – it starts with mindset, clarity, and reliability. In this role, I built and structured the Campana & Schott Service Desk from the ground up – with a focus on ITIL-based processes, service-oriented communication, and stable operating models.
I defined service agreements, established standards, and led a growing team with the aim of not just resolving customer issues, but truly valuing them. This fostered a service mindset that embraced responsibility – and built trust.
At the heart of it all: support as a true service – effective, dependable, and human.

Projects unfold their true impact when technology, people, and processes work in harmony. In this role, I designed and implemented project management solutions – integrated with systems like SAP or Lotus Notes, tailored to the respective organizational structures.
I took on responsibility as a project manager, consultant, trainer, and coach – ensuring that new systems were not only technically implemented, but also adopted in daily practice.
The focus was on: making complexity understandable, enabling ease of use – and empowering teams to move forward on their own.

Efficient workflows don't emerge from tools alone – but from solutions that truly fit the working context. During this phase, I supported companies as a freelance consultant in developing and implementing workflow and project management solutions based on Lotus Notes/Domino.
From architecture and implementation to go-live: I designed tailored applications that noticeably eased everyday work and brought structure to processes.
The core focus was always: shaping the interplay between technology and organization to create real simplicity.

As part of my master’s thesis, I analyzed technological change processes at IBM – focusing on innovation cycles, organizational implications, and cultural resonance. The central question: how can technological renewal be sustainably anchored within an organization?

During my internship, I contributed to the further development of a Lotus Notes-based workflow system. My focus was on implementing a new tool for return logistics and developing a data-driven forecasting model for sales.
